Orders placed within the Nordic and Scandinavian regions are shipped from Shelfless.se and delivered through various logistic partners, including Bring, PostNord, and other local delivery services.

Expected delivery is within 5-7 business days via Shelfless.

European Union:

For customers in the European Union, orders are dispatched from Amazon Italy and delivered by trusted logistics partners such as Poste Italiane, La Poste, Correos, and local delivery services.

United Kingdom:

Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped from Amazon UK and delivered using logistics partners like Royal Mail, DPD, Parcelforce, and other local services.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY DELAYS

We strive to deliver all orders on time, but delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within the timeframes specified above, please contact us at hello@bio-restore.com including "Delivery Delay" in the subject line, and our team will work swiftly to resolve the issue.

Please note that delays are more likely during high-demand periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, or sale seasons.

SHIPPING DELAYS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

While BIORESTORE AB aims to meet your delivery expectations, we understand that delays can be frustrating. If your order is delayed to the point where you no longer wish to receive your order, you are responsible for canceling the order.

  • A cancellation request is not valid until you receive confirmation from BIORESTORE AB via email.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you will need to accept delivery before initiating a return.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

At BIORESTORE AB, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless. However, customs and duties may apply based on your region:

  • Denmark & Finland (Excluding Åland): No customs or VAT apply.
  • UK, Iceland, Norway: VAT and customs duties apply as these regions are not part of the EU.

RETURN POLICY

BIORESTORE AB offers a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original condition—unopened, unused, and suitable for resale.
  • Opened or damaged products are not eligible for a refund.

Initiating a Return:

To start a return, email hello@bio-restore.com with the subject line "Order Number & Return". Please include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending back your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged Items:

Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately for assistance.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
