If your order has not been processed or shipped, we will be happy to assist with the cancellation. Once shipped, cancellations may not be possible, but you can refer to our return policy for further options. 

BIORESTORE has a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.

No, you should add BIORESTORE Cotton directly into the drum of your washing machine along with the clothing to be restored. This ensures that the product doesn’t mix with any residue from your regular detergent that may be present in the detergent dispenser drawer which would prevent BIORESTORE Cotton from working in an optimal manner.    

One box of BIORESTORE Cotton is designed to restore 4kg of clothing or textiles, which is the equivalent of 20 clothing items (considering the approx. weight of 200g per clothing item). If unsure, it’s best to weigh your garments before using BIORESTORE. 

No, mixing BIORESTORE Cotton with other laundry detergents will prevent the active enzymes of BIORESTORE Cotton from activating, which means the restoring treatment will not work effectively. 

Yes, BIORESTORE Cotton is safe to use and has been thoroughly tested and approved by the globally renowned standards testing lab, INTERTEK. It meets both REACH (EU) and EPA TSCA & California Prop 65 (US) safety standards, ensuring compliance with strict safety regulations. 

BIORESTORE Odour Defense is a laundry Re-Tergent designed to neutralize and remove sweat odors from clothing including active wear. It utilizes A Self-Renewing Si-QAC™ Odour Barrier technology derived from coconut as an active ingredient that forms a protective barrier on textiles, attracting and killing odor-causing bacteria, which are then removed during the laundry process. 

One treatment of BIORESTORE Odour Defense can effectively neutralize odours for multiple washes and workouts, allowing you to wear your active wear more frequently without the need for constant washing.  

Yes, BIORESTORE Odour Defense is formulated with minimal and necessary ingredients, making it safe for both your family and the environment. It meets strict safety standards set by REACH (EU) regulations, ensuring its safety for use. 

No, it is not recommended to mix BIORESTORE Odour Defense with other laundry detergents in the same wash. Doing so may prevent BIORESTORE Odour Defense from activating properly, which hinders its effectiveness in removing odours. 

BIORESTORE Textile Conditioner is a Laundry Re-Tergent™ Treatment which utilizes an advanced Fibre Matrix Technology to gently enrich & soften clothing, improving color vibrancy & shine, aiding crease recovery for an easy iron finish & durability to laundry & pilling, whilst ading the benefit of water absorbency to towels and similar textiles for upto 20 washes.  

No, mixing with other laundry softeners will prevent the active benefits of BIORESTORE Textile Conditioner as they counteract the Fibre Matrix Technology which is part of the BIORESTORE Textile Conditioner launry treatment.

Yes, BIORESTORE Textile Conditioner is safe for most clothing types & home textiles. However, it’s always advisable to check the care labels on your garments for any specific instructions to ensure compatibility. 

The softness imparted by BIORESTORE Textile Conditioner can last for up to 20 washes, allowing you to maintain the luxurious feel and benefits provided to your textiles. 

BIORESTORE Super White is a non-bleach laundry treatment specifically designed to brighten white clothes by removing sweat stains & yellowing along with general dinginess. 

To wash, BIORESTORE Super White should be added to the washing machine drum along with the clothes to be restored & washed on a cycle with a temperature of 40°C / 104°F for a minimum of 2 hours (EU Wash Settings) or a heavy-duty wash cycle (US Wash Settings). After washing the clothing can be tumble dried or line dried.  

Yes, BIORESTORE Super White is suitable for most textiles, including cotton, wool, and synthetics. Its non-bleach formula ensures that it can be used on various fabrics without causing damage or discoloration. 

The brightening effect of BIORESTORE Super White can significantly enhance the appearance of your white garments after just one wash.  

BIORESTORE Water Seal is an eco-friendly laundry treatment that applies a water repellent barrier layer to textiles. BIORSTORE Water Seal can be used to renew the water repellency of outerwear that has lost its functionality over time through active use. This laundry Re-TergentTM Treatment provides long-lasting protection for up to 10 washes imprving the functionality of clothing, while maintaining the fabric's softness and hand-feel. 

BIORESTORE Water Seal is applied to clothing via a laundry and drying process, which applies and fixes an invisible barrier layer to the clothing textiles.

To use BIORESTORE Water Seal, follow the instructions described below: 

• Select suitable garments and seperate colors  
• Use 1 x A sachet (100ml) & 1 x B sachet (30ml) per 1.7kg of garments  
• Add BIORESTORE directly into the main dosing drawer  
• Wash at 40°C / 104°F for a minimum of 60 minutes  Tumble Dry Warm to Seal the Water Repellent Coating
