For many reasons delivery’s don’t always go as planned. If you have not received your order in time stated above, please drop a mail to hello@bio-restore.com including ‘’Delivery Delay’’ in the subject line & our team will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Please Note, delays to deliveries can occur during peak times, such as Black Friday, Christmas, or sale period.
BIORESTORE aims to meet your expectations for delivery, and resolve any shipping delays as quickly as possible. However, if you feel that the delivery is so delayed that you no longer wish to receive your order, it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel the order. Please note, a canceled order is not valid until you have received a confirmation from BIORESTORE via email. In cases where the order has already been sent, it is the customer's responsibility to receive the order.

BIORESTORE has a 30-day return policy from the date you have received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in a condition which can be resold.
NOTE: If your purchase is opened after purchase, we will not be able to offer a refund.
You will need the receipt or proof of purchase, found in the email you received when ordering your product from BIORESTORE.
To start a return, please contact hello@bio-restore.com and state your ‘’order number & return’’ in the subject line.
Once your return is accepted, we will send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, with a receipt or valid proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@bio-restore.com stating ‘’Refund Delay’’ in the subject line.
